Schools that collaborate to develop new learning formats distinguish themselves from other schools through unique selling points they have developed independently. They position themselves as innovative institutions that contribute to a strong education system in Switzerland and play an important role in helping their students acquire skills. TThe pilot project ‘The Horse’, an initiative of the sponsoring organisation The Horse Education ! association (THE ! association), which is supported and co-funded by Movetia as a cooperation project, serves as a prime example of how international cooperation can lead to sustainable educational provision for vocational schools.

Wie lassen sich Lernprozesse so gestalten, dass sie Beteiligung fördern und nachhaltig wirken? Mit dieser Frage setzten sich die Teilnehmenden im Modul «A Deep Dive into Methods», das in Bern stattfand, auseinander. Sie beleuchteten zentrale Merkmale guter Methoden der non-formalen Bildung, hinterfragten ihre eigenen Praktiken und reflektierten die Rolle von Workshopleitenden im Lernprozess.

Im Schuljahr 2025/2026 hat Nicolas Joray seine Stelle als Lehrperson in Delémont (JU) pausiert und hat im Rahmen eines selbst organisierten Austauschprojektes in einer Schule in Marokko unterrichtet – finanziell unterstützt durch Movetia. Wenige Wochen vor seiner Rückkehr in die Schweiz blickt er auf die getroffenen Vorbereitungen und seine Rolle und Integration an der marrokanischen Schule zurück und nennt einige Take aways für seine künftige Unterrichtspraxis.
