Your projects are an important contribution to promoting exchange, mobility and cooperations. Report on your experiences to increase the visibility of your work and inspire others to get involved too. Find out how to report on your projects effectively.
A few reasons why you should report on the exchange or cooperation project you have carried out:
- You increase the visibility of your project.This will make your work and the experience you have gained more visible.
- You present your institution or organisation as innovative and attractive.
- You share your results and findings and let others benefit from them.
- You inspire other people to carry out or take part in an exchange project themselves.
- You commit to promoting exchange and support us in achieving our vision.
How to report on your project
These steps will help you communicate effectively about your project. It doesn't always have to be a big report, even a social media post or a short news - it can be short.
Define message
Consider what the focus of your communication should be:
- Passing on knowledge and experience
- Raising awareness of the funding opportunities
- Motivate potential participants
- Show commitment
Select channels
Use your own channels or extendyour reach and use external channels too:
- Social media: Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X / Twitter or Facebook
- Website: Blog post, field report
- Newsletter
- Media: specialised media, regional media
- Personal communication: personal conversations, meetings, presentations
- Events
Design content
Prepare the impressions from your project for others. A tip from our experience: Use pictures and/or videos from the exchange or cooperation project.
- Project description: Provide some background information on how the project came about,the context in which it took place, and the aim of the project.
- Successes and results: Let others know how the project went and what you achieved.
- Experiences and stories: Incorporate personal stories, quotes and testimonials from the participants.
Mention Movetia
Don't forget to mention the funding we provided. Highlight or link to us if possible. If possible, integrate the Movetia logo (available for download below) into your communication.
