Implementation of mobility projects results
Have you taken part in an exchange and would now like to implement some of the newly acquired ideas and methods in your school? Are you motivated and inspired to make a difference at your school? Do you lack the necessary funds to implement your learnings in your daily teaching practice? We offer funding for such implementation measures at your school so that your project has a lasting effect.

In detail
The further development of a mobility project (inspired teaching) aims to implement concrete ideas for a "school of the future", which have emerged during an exchange project funded by Movetia, into everyday school practice. Such implementation measures may include future-orientated teaching methods to promote pupils' independence, creativity, critical thinking, and teamwork skills. For example, you can develop a digital teaching platform, a peer learning programme, or create a flexible learning space for group work in your school building.
In cooperation with the Gebert Rüf Stiftung we provide funding to enable the implementation phase at your school. This allows you to:

Requirements
- You are a teacher at primary to upper secondary level (baccalaureate upper secondary schools, specialised secondary schools, vocational schools) or a school principal based in Switzerland.
- Your project is based on a mobility project financed by us, which you have organised or in which you have participated.
- You submit the application to us no later than 6 months after the mobility project has been completed.
- The project contributes to the institutional development of your school.
- The activities/measures within the framework of the project promote future skills on the part of pupils and/or VET students/apprentices.
Funding amounts
- Effective costs up to max. 10’000 CHF, according to budget
- For amounts over 10’000 CHF, please refer to the "Education Pioneers" programme of Gebert Rüf Stiftung. You can send your project idea to Gebert Rüf Stiftung for evaluation by e-mail.

1. Develop project idea
- Think about how you can implement the gained insights from the mobility project in your institution. The aim is to promote the future skills of pupils and/or VET students/apprentices.
- We are happy to offer individual consultation sessions where you can clarify any questions you may have about planning, submission, and implementation. The consultation can take place by phone, online, or on site.

2. Submit funding application
- Fill in the application and send it to us.
- In addition to filling in the formal details you must describe the planned project and draw up a detailed budget.
- Please note that the application must be submitted no later than 6 months after the exchange project has taken place.

3. Contract and payout
- Your application will be reviewed by a committee made up of representatives from Movetia and the Gebert Rüf Stiftung.
- We will inform you of the funding decision by e-mail one month after you submitted your application.
- In case of a positive funding decision, we will send you a contract and pay out the entire funding amount within 30 days. The funding is only paid out to schools based in Switzerland.

4. Submit final report
- Submit the final report no later than one month after the completion of the project.
- The final report includes an overview of the expenses (keep the receipts).

5. Spread the word
- Your experiences are valuable for others. Spread the word about the project on your channels, e.g. website, social media, or newsletter. Be sure to mention the funding from Movetia and the Gebert Rüf Stiftung. We provide the logo and text modules.
- Share the content widely via your institution's channels, e.g. newsletter, social media, blog, etc. Thus, you will present your institution as an innovative, open-minded, and attractive employer. You will also stimulate professional exchange in the education sector.
- Contact us to increase your reach, e.g. by placing a magazine article on our website.
