Workshop International Joint Degrees in Higher Education
This workshop offers Swiss higher education institutions an opportunity to address challenges, share good practices, and assess the relevance of European policies for the Swiss Higher Education sector.
Joint degrees, awarded by multiple institutions across different countries, are a hot topic within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA). European policies, such as the EU’s European Strategy for Universities, and the EU’s Erasmus+ programme promote strategic cross-border collaboration to facilitate the development of joint degrees. “European Universities”, in particular, are piloting new approaches to deal with related regulatory, organisational and cultural challenges.
This workshop is co-organised by Movetia and the University of Zurich (UZH), meber of the UNa Europa Allin.
Target audience
This workshop is aimed at Swiss higher education staff involved in joint degrees, including project managers, curriculum developers, and legal advisors.
