Erasmus+ Training KA1 & Funding

March 31 - May 30, 2026
Trainings in three phases, online

Target group: Staff working in International Relations Offices at Swiss universities or colleges of higher education, as well as IT department staff (if required).

Context

Movetia would like to offer you two new Erasmus+ training courses in the coming weeks and months: one on the opportunities for individual student and staff mobility under Erasmus+ (known as Key Action 1), and the other on the system of funding and mobility management under Erasmus+.

Similar to the EWP training, each training course will consist of several sessions that build on each other. You can find the exact programme in the respective sections.

Session 3Expert talk on KA171tbdonline

Session 1 is aimed at staff from International Relations Offices who need an initial introduction to the Erasmus+ programmes for students and staff. What programmes are available under Erasmus+? What types of mobility are supported? What opportunities are there for global mobility?

Note: To prepare for this session, all participants will read a general introduction to the KA1 programmes (which will be sent after registration) and note down any questions they may have. During the online session, Movetia will answer initial questions and collect any unanswered questions for preparation for the two further sessions.

If you have little or no experience with KA131 and KA171, we recommend that you attend all three sessions. If you are already familiar with KA1 at Erasmus+, you can also attend only sessions 2 & 3.
